Ionic Partners is rebuilding operating systems for entire business functions using agentic systems. You will join a central, flat team of principal-level builders reporting directly to the executive owner of the mandate.

Your work will involve ramping into live production systems, extending the orchestration framework, and delivering reliable, scalable agentic solutions across portfolios with a direct line to decision makers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years hands-on software engineering.
• 3+ years building AI-Native or agentic systems in production.
• End-to-end ownership of systems from design to maintenance.
• Experience integrating AI systems with production platforms (CRMs, ERPs, data warehouses).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with experts to design agentic systems and surface failure modes.
• Design agent architectures: boundaries, orchestration, tool surfaces, memory, and DL logic.
• Build and operate production agentic systems across business functions.
• Extend in-house orchestration framework with observability and controls.
• Define success criteria and build eval harnesses and baselines.
• Monitor performance, costs, and reliability in production.
• Collaborate with engineers and operators to explain behavior and limits.
• Evolve systems as business processes change.
