Creative Chaos in Argentina seeks a Principal AI Process Orchestrator to decide what work humans vs AI should perform and to design the systems that make both possible.

You will lead engagements with 3–4 clients, map workflows, design future-state transformations, and ship automations within 60 days of starting each project, while guiding Associate Orchestrators to success. This senior individual contributor role emphasizes business impact and hands-on tool selection with autonomous initiative.

Formación

• 5–10 years as a business analyst, solutions engineer, or technical consultant in software delivery, product, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience mediating between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Portfolio of built agents and GitHub projects required.
• Business-native English and executive poise with US/western company experience.
• Curiosity and self-driven tool exploration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client engagements end-to-end; own weekly updates and strategy.
• Map client workflows to identify AI-enabled opportunities.
• Design future state with humans and agents and handoffs.
• Oversee implementation and ship automation within 60 days.
• Grow engagements by sourcing Build pods, Rescue, or ongoing Support.
• Own measurable outcomes: hours saved, error reductions, throughput gains.
