Ajax Systems is seeking a skilled technical presenter and security systems expert in Argentina. You will conduct seminars, exhibitions, and webinars to customers and partners, and introduce product roadmaps to distributors and installers.

You will train technical staff at distributors, promote solutions based on customer needs, perform market research, build long-term partner relationships, and collaborate with sales to analyze customer requirements. Travel will be required.

Formación

• University degree in IT or Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in alarm systems, video surveillance or security.
• Knowledge of analogue and IP CCTV and access control systems.
• Experience installing/designing video surveillance, fire alarms or other security systems.
• Public speaking experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for business trips and events.
• Outgoing personality and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars for customers and employees.
• Introduce product roadmaps and new features to Ajax Systems distributors and installers.
• Train technical staff at distributors and dealers to increase product knowledge.
• Promote product solutions based on customer needs and support of key clients.
• Market research and comparative analysis of competitors' products.
• Develop long-term relationships with key partners.
• Test product features and write technical documentation; collaborate with the team.
• Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.
