Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights. You will partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, design models, and deliver scalable analytics in a distributed team.

The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL and DAX knowledge, and familiarity with Snowflake or SAP data sources. Remote and office options are available in an Agile delivery environment.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience building Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
Solid SQL skills with relational/analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms and SAP-based sources.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and analytical needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting solutions.
Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
Onboard data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow.
Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
Guide stakeholders on data visualization best practices and analysis.
Document data definitions, logic, and KPIs.
