Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.

The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL, Snowflake or SAP-based data sources, and upper-intermediate English. You will work in an Agile environment with distributed teams and encouraging data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Power BI dashboard/report development.
• Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs and data needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visuals.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners on data availability.
• Support onboarding of data from Snowflake and SAP sources.
• Document data definitions and reporting logic.
