AgileEngine, a fast-growing data software company, seeks a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that convert enterprise data into actionable insights. The role requires 4+ years designing Power BI dashboards, strong SQL, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based sources.

You will partner with business stakeholders, translate requirements into data models, and deliver scalable analytics in an Agile environment with distributed teams.

Competenze

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Understand data quality, governance, and KPI definitions.

Mansioni

• Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytics needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports providing actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into enterprise data platform (Snowflake & SAP sources).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
