AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI development, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based data sources, plus upper-intermediate English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and data owners to identify required data and data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across data flow from source to semantic/model layer to Power BI.
• Promote reusable data models and scalable analytics solutions.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
