AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong data modeling/DAX, SQL proficiency, and Snowflake/SAP data exposure, with upper-intermediate English.

You will design and maintain dashboards, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, and contribute to an Agile, distributed team across enterprise data platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical and data requirements.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, data governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.
• Experience coordinating or supporting the onboarding of data from enterprise source systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving across multiple layers of a data solution.
• Strong communication skills to explain data and technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and understand source structures.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
• Collaborate with data owners and technical teams to improve data quality and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Provide guidance on data visualization and analytics for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed/remote teams.
