AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based data sources, plus upper-intermediate English.

The team works in an Agile environment with distributed/remote teams; there is a focus on data quality, scalable analytics, and collaboration with stakeholders

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with clear business insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Support onboarding/integration of data into the data platform (Snowflake/SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
• Collaborate to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and KPI definitions; avoid isolated reports.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile environment with distributed/remote teams.
