AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports, strong data modeling and DAX, SQL skills, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based data sources, with upper-intermediate English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytics needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and data owners to identify data and coordinate availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the data platform (Snowflake/SAP).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
• Promote reusable data models, KPI definitions, and scalable analytics solutions.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, and KPIs.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
