Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that transform enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL skills, and Snowflake/SAP data platform exposure.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, design scalable analytics, and support onboarding of data from enterprise source systems in an Agile, distributed team environment.

Qualifications

4+ years of Power BI dashboard and report development experience.
Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization practices.
Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytics needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports providing clear insights.
Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
Work with IT and source-system owners to identify data and coordinate availability.
