AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI development, SQL proficiency, and experience with Snowflake or SAP data sources.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and data owners to deliver scalable analytics, maintain data quality, and promote reusable data models in a distributed, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of strong professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational and analytical data.
• Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience working with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data and coordinate availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA.
