AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI dashboard/report development, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based sources, plus upper-intermediate English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Power BI dashboard and report development.
• Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational/analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Data modeling, transformation, and integration knowledge.
• Excellent business analysis and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions and analytical needs.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports delivering actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Onboard and integrate data into enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting across source → platform → model → Power BI.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile environment with distributed/remote teams.
