AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that convert enterprise data into actionable business insights.

Requirements include 4+ years of Power BI dashboard experience, strong data modeling and DAX skills, SQL proficiency, and experience with Snowflake and SAP-based data sources, plus upper-intermediate English in a collaborative, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms and SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and coordinate availability.
