AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.

Required are 4+ years of Power BI dashboard/report development, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based sources. Upper-intermediate English and an agile, collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling and DAX.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to semantic/model layer to Power BI.
• Collaborate with data owners and technical teams to improve data quality and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions across reports.
• Provide guidance on data visualization and analytics to support decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed/remote teams.
