AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.

The role requires 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports, strong Power BI data modeling and DAX, SQL skills, and experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based platforms and SAP-based source systems, along with an upper-intermediate English level.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling and DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms and SAP-based source systems.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visualisations.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data and data availability.
• Onboard and integrate data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
