AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions translating enterprise data into actionable insights. The role requires 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and Snowflake/SAP-based data sources, with upper-intermediate English.

You will partner with stakeholders, design data models, coordinate data availability, and promote reusable data solutions in an Agile, distributed team environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Power BI dashboard/report development experience.
• Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization practices.
• Solid SQL skills with relational/analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes to technical/data needs.
• Excellent communication with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytics needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports providing clear insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate with IT and source-system owners on data availability and structure.
• Support onboarding/integration of data into the data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source → data platform → semantic/model → Power BI.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, reliability, and consistency.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile environment with distributed/remote teams.
