AgileEngine is looking for a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.

The role requires 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports, strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling and DAX, strong SQL skills, and experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms and SAP-based source systems, along with an upper-intermediate English level.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with clear insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visualizations.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Support onboarding/integration of data into enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
