AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports, deep knowledge of data modeling, DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake and SAP-based sources, plus upper-intermediate English.

Competenze

4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
Ability to translate business processes into technical/data requirements.
Experience coordinating/onboarding data from enterprise source systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving across data solution layers.
Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences.

Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with clear insights.
Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
Work with IT and source-system owners to identify data, structures, and coordinate data availability.
Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP HANA).
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues from source to Power BI.
Collaborate to improve data quality, reliability, and consistency.
Promote reusable data models and scalable analytics solutions.
Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization for decision-making.
Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
