AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. You will work in an Agile, distributed team, with requirements that include 4+ years of Power BI development, strong DAX/modeling skills, SQL proficiency, and experience with Snowflake and SAP-based sources.

The role emphasizes data quality, governance, and scalable analytics, with USD-based compensation and hybrid remote/office

Competenze

4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational/analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
Ability to translate business processes into technical/data requirements.
Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
Understanding of data quality, data governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.
Experience coordinating onboarding of data from enterprise source systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across multiple data layers.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences.

Mansioni

Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting solutions.
Collaborate with IT and data owners to identify data requirements and source structures.
Support onboarding/integration of data into the data platform (Snowflake and SAP HANA).
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
Improve data consistency, quality, and reliability with business data owners.
Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics for decision-making.
Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and solutions.
Work in an Agile environment with distributed/remote teams.
