AgileEngine, a software innovator delivering solutions for Fortune 500 brands, seeks a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights.

You will design data models, optimize SQL queries, integrate Snowflake and SAP sources, and collaborate with distributed teams in an agile delivery environment. This role offers remote-friendly flexibility and a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms; SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports providing actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to power BI.
• Collaborate with data owners and technical teams to improve data quality and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions across reports.
• Provide guidance on data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile environment with distributed and remote teams.
