Job summary
AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong data modeling (DAX) and SQL, and familiarity with Snowflake and SAP-based sources are required. English level is upper-intermediate.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational data.
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
- Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
- Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
- Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, and data needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
- Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visuals.
- Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
- Support onboarding of data into the data platform (Snowflake, SAP sources).
- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow.
