Job summary

AgileEngine seeks a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions turning enterprise data into actionable business insights. You will partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, design data models, and deliver scalable analytics in an Agile, distributed team environment.

Strong SQL, Snowflake/SAP data sources, and DAX expertise are essential. English at upper-intermediate level required.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional Power BI dashboards and reports experience.
Expertise in Power BI data modeling and DAX.
Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
Ability to translate business processes into technical and data requirements.
Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
Understanding of data quality, data governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.
Experience coordinating or supporting onboarding of data from enterprise source systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports delivering clear insights.
Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
Coordinate with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and data availability.
Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across data flow from source to Power BI.
Collaborate to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability.
Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
Guide stakeholders on data visualization and analytics for decision-making.
Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
