AgileEngine is an Inc. 5000 company delivering software for Fortune 500 brands and startups across numerous industries. We seek a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions transforming enterprise data into actionable insights.

The role requires 4+ years of Power BI dashboard/report development, strong SQL, and experience with Snowflake and SAP-based sources, plus upper-intermediate English. Remote-friendly with Agile teams.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
Ability to translate business processes into technical and data requirements.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear insights.
Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and coordinate data availability.
Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA sources.
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
Collaborate with data owners and technical teams to improve data quality and reliability.
Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
Provide guidance on effective data visualization and analytics for decision making.
Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed and remote teams.
