AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.

The role requires 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports, strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling and DAX, strong SQL skills, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based source systems, plus upper-intermediate English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling and DAX.
• Strong SQL skills for relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and data source owners.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake and SAP HANA.
