AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that translate enterprise data into actionable insights.

The role requires 4+ years of Power BI development, strong data modeling and SQL skills, and experience with Snowflake and SAP-based sources. English should be upper-intermediate; Agile delivery and remote collaboration are part of the workflow.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational/analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with IT and data owners to identify data and data sources.
• Support onboarding/integration of data into the enterprise data platform.
