AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. You will leverage Power BI data modeling, DAX, and SQL across Snowflake and SAP sources in an upper-intermediate English environment.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams in an Agile setting, delivering scalable analytics, guiding stakeholders, and ensuring data quality and consistency across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Power BI dashboard/report development experience.
• Proficient in Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data models and metrics.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytics needs.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports delivering clear insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with IT and data stewards to ensure data availability and quality.
• Support onboarding/integration of data into Snowflake and SAP data sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source → data platform → semantic/model → Power BI.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document definitions, logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile environment with distributed/remote teams.
