dLocal is building a scalable platform and AI-enabled development workflow to empower hundreds of engineers to ship reliable payments infrastructure across markets. You will own the platform, drive reliability, and lead adoption across an expanding engineering organization while partnering with executive leadership on strategy and standards.

Formación

• Experience running platform engineering, SRE, or both at meaningful scale.
• Fintech, payments, or regulated environments are a plus.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• You will own the IDP (platform templates, CI/CD pipelines, deployment tooling, and progressive delivery).
• You will lead SRE and production excellence, including observability, incident management, and production readiness reviews.
• You will drive AI-assisted engineering, including the dCoder platform, its integrations, prompts, and guardrails.
• You will set standards and architectural consistency with the engineering community and the Bar Raiser program.
• You will drive organizational adoption through enablement, communications, and migration plans.
