Siena is seeking a technically adept engineer to tackle the toughest production problems end to end. You will diagnose failures in AI agents, prompts, and related tooling, then build automation to prevent recurrence. This role sits at the front door to deployment and platform work with clear growth into Forward Deployed Engineering.

You will work in a fully distributed team, collaborating across time zones to deliver reliable customer outcomes with minimal downtime.

Formación

• You solve problems end to end and can trace issues to root cause.
• You are fluent with AI agents and prompts and know how they break.
• You enjoy building automation to prevent recurring problems.
• You are comfortable with our core stack and modern tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Own hard problems end to end: trace, reproduce, fix, or provide a clean reproduction.
• Debug agents and prompts; determine if issues are prompt, knowledge base, config, or model related.
• Ship runbooks or tools to prevent recurrence of issues.
• Bridge to Product with pattern discovery and metric-backed insights.
• Raise team capability by sharing improvements that others can resolve.
• Escalate product bugs with reproducible cases and clear impact.
• Within 90 days, identify top recurring failure patterns and address root causes.
