Siena is a distributed, AI-forward platform builder for CX, serving top consumer brands. The role centers on becoming the resident expert of Siena's end-to-end agent platform, diagnosing behavior, and bridging customers with the PM roadmap.

It is a hands-on, growth-oriented path toward product management, product marketing, or deployment. You will own a defined surface, learn prompts, config, and deployment, and run enablement efforts, webinars, and market research to shape the product direction

Formación

• Support or CS background with product-influence experience.
• Ability to turn unclear docs into useful enablement materials.
• Ability to distinguish bugs from expected behavior and identify patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Own a Siena product surface and become its resident expert.
• Learn the platform end-to-end including agents, prompts, and deployment.
• Diagnose agent behavior across product, config, and customer setup.
• Turn customer patterns into prioritized signals for the roadmap.
• Own enablement content: docs, guides, and live-chat material.
• Run webinars/demos, support sales, and perform market research.
• Engage with the support queue to extract product insight.
