Siena is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager to embed with strategic accounts, owning deployment outcomes end to end and feeding insights back into the platform. You’ll deploy agents, drive automation and CX improvements that scale across customers, and work directly with enterprise leaders on AI transformation roadmaps.

You’ll design evaluation systems, QA suites, and performance monitoring while shipping features, writing docs, demos, and enabling co-sell opportunities.

Formación

• 5+ years in PM, solutions engineering, forward deployment, or technical account ownership.
• AI-native mindset and ability to design workflows in AI platforms.
• Experience scoping webhooks, OAuth flows, and complex integrations.
• Ability to diagnose deployment blockers across technical, operational, or stakeholder dimensions.
• Deep understanding of CX transformation for enterprise accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Own AI agent outcomes for strategic accounts end to end: automation rates, resolution rates, time-to-value.
• Deploy agents and identify blockers, then build platform fixes.
• Collaborate with enterprise CX leaders to design transformation roadmaps.
• Translate deployment insights into platform capabilities for future accounts.
• Develop agent capabilities across support, shopping, reviews, voice, and social.
• Design QA, automated testing, and performance monitoring systems.
• Lead full launch cycles from testing to GA with customer enablement and co-selling.
