Siena is seeking a forward-deployed engineer to own tough production issues end-to-end, collaborating with customers to reproduce, diagnose, and automate fixes. You’ll diagnose prompts and integration problems, then build solutions that prevent recurrences, while engaging directly with clients to resolve real-scale issues in live environments.

• Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex customer-reported issues end-to-end.
• Ability to work directly with customers to reproduce and resolve problems.
• Experience building automation to prevent reoccurrence of incidents.

Responsabilidades

• Own the hard problems end-to-end across APIs, integrations, and customer-side code.
• Debug prompts, knowledge bases, and configurations to reduce misfires.
• Build runbooks and tools to ensure fixes don’t recur.
