• 6+ months of experience in recruitment sourcing, sales B2B or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational abilities.

As a Pipeline Builder, you will:

• Identify and engage top talent for high-demand, niche, or recurring positions.
• Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and advanced search techniques to source both active and passive candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain an organized database of candidates and provide regular updates on pipeline status and sourcing metrics.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals.
• Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies, stay ahead of labor market trends, and adopt best practices in talent acquisition.
