AgileEngine is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and screen top IT candidates and build a strong pipeline for critical positions. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of recruiting experience, familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, and advanced English capabilities.

You will carry out candidate screenings, build a robust pipeline, and actively source candidates through online platforms, networking, and referrals, ensuring quality hires for Fortune 500 clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• 1+ year of successful recruiting experience or similar customer/client-facing roles.
• Affinity towards technology and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
