Solvo Global is seeking a proactive Pipeline Builder to join our Talent Acquisition team in Buenos Aires. This entry role focuses on identifying and building strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.

You will source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other channels, screen candidates, and maintain an organized candidate database while collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.

Formación

• 6 months of experience in Recruitment Sourcing or Talent Acquisition.
• Proven ability to independently build and manage candidate pipelines.
• Strong research, sourcing, and passive engagement skills.
• Hands-on with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+ / C1).
• Experience sourcing for high-volume recruitment projects.
• Experience recruiting for specialized or hard-to-fill roles.
• Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies and talent mapping techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and advanced sourcing techniques
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of active and passive candidates.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and target profiles.
• Track sourcing activities and provide regular pipeline updates and performance metrics.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Stay informed on labor market trends, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices.
