Job summary

Solvo Global Careers is seeking a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to build talent pipelines and support high-volume hiring in Argentina. You will source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean Search, and other tools, conduct market research, and collaborate with recruiters to meet hiring targets.

This on-site role covers Buenos Aires, Cordoba and Mendoza with potential for a performance-based hybrid arrangement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Recruitment Sourcing, Talent Acquisition or B2B Sales
• Strong candidate sourcing, research, and outreach skills
• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
