Coolbet requires an Operations Manager for Peru to drive platform operations across Casino, Poker and Sportsbook in LATAM. You will coordinate with global product/tech and executives to establish the brand as a market leader in Peru.

You will oversee real-time player experience, manage regulatory certifications, and collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to localize promotions and initiatives.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of operational iGaming experience with P&L and NPS impact.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Direct experience in the Peruvian or wider Latin American gaming market, with regulatory exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of Casino, Poker, and Sportsbook platforms; coordinate with central tech.
• Lead product/game certification processes and regulatory submissions for Peru licensing.
