SkillOnNet is seeking a Safer Gambling and AML Risk Analyst in Buenos Aires to safeguard players and ensure compliance with responsible gambling and AML regulations. You will monitor player activity, assess risks, and take proportionate actions across live interactions, phone support, and account assessments.

You will work with internal teams, stay updated on regulations, and contribute to safer gambling practices while handling sensitive information with integrity.

Formación

• Proficiency in English. Additional language will be considered a plus.
• Experience not required, but comprehensive training will be provided.
• Ability to Work on Shift.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications – Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Attention to detail in handling transactions and data.
• Ability to adapt and multitask across tasks.
• Team oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Trustworthiness and integrity in handling sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Handle Live Interactions with Players: live chats with players showing potential gambling harm; provide support and gather information.
• Manage phone calls with players when required and address concerns empathetically.
• Account Assessments: analyze accounts triggering responsible gambling or AML thresholds and assess risks.
• Conduct Open Media Searches to gather additional information about players being assessed.
• Support Compliance Efforts: document assessments and actions; maintain records and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and improve processes for safer gambling.
• Stay updated on regulations, trends, and best practices in safer gambling and AML.
