Neo Group is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visuals for the Brazilian and wider LATAM markets. You will combine creative leadership with data-driven design, overseeing multiple formats and ensuring brand consistency across campaigns.

The role requires 5+ years in design, senior-level experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. Knowledge of iGaming, motion design, and 3D is a plus in a collaborative marketing environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design or Visual Design, including 1-2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Experience in iGaming, betting, or gambling is required.
• Proven leadership in mentoring designers and coordinating creative projects.
• Strong motion graphics background with After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Expert Photoshop skills with advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to create consistent visuals within established brand guidelines.
• Nice to have Blender or Cinema 4D knowledge and 3D familiarity.
• Fluent English and strong Spanish communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor junior and mid-level designers, allocating projects effectively.
• Oversee creative reviews, provide feedback, and ensure high-quality visuals.
• Develop scalable design processes, brand guidelines, and LATAM playbook.
• Research LATAM and Brazilian trends to craft culturally relevant concepts.
• Analyze design performance metrics and explore AI-powered tools.
• Create promotional visuals and digital assets across formats.
• Handle post-production, retouching, color correction, and 3D renders integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other designers to support marketing initiatives.
