Coolbet requires an Operations Manager for Peru to drive platform operations across Casino, Poker and Sportsbook in LATAM. You will coordinate with global product/tech and executives to establish the brand as a market leader in Peru.

You will oversee real-time player experience, manage regulatory certifications, and collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to localize promotions and initiatives.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of operational iGaming experience with P&L and NPS impact.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Direct experience in the Peruvian or wider Latin American gaming market, with regulatory exposure.

Are you ready to lead our growth in one of LATAM’s most dynamic gaming markets? As our Operations Manager for Peru, you will be the key operational driver behind our Casino, Sportsbook, and Poker platform. Sitting within the Business Operations Development team, you will act as the crucial link between local market needs and global product, technology, and executive teams. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for an ambitious self‑starter determined to establish our brand as a market leader in Peru.

Core responsibilities

• Platform Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our Casino, Poker, and Sportsbook platform, monitoring real‑time player experience and coordinating platform updates with central tech teams.
• Regulatory & Certification Management: Lead product and game certification processes with testing laboratories, manage regulatory submissions, and ensure complete alignment with Peruvian licensing requirements.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Relations: Manage external relationships across game providers, payment gateways, IT, and legal partners to support feature rollouts and platform continuity.
• Commercial Growth & KPIs: Track budgets, analyze key operational metrics (P&L, growth, NPS), and identify cost‑saving and revenue‑generating opportunities.
• Marketing & Product Collaboration: Partner with local Marketing and global Product teams to execute localized promotions, product launches, and retention campaigns.
• Market Representation: Act as the voice of the Peruvian market at the group level and represent the company in local industry associations, regulatory forums, and government engagements.

Experience and key competencies

• iGaming Track Record: Minimum 4 years of operational experience in the iGaming industry, with proven success driving P&L, player growth, and NPS.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
• LATAM Market Domain: Direct experience operating in the Peruvian or broader Latin American gaming market, with deep knowledge of local player behavior and cultural nuances.
• Regulatory & Compliance Exposure: Hands‑on experience navigating regulatory frameworks, testing labs, or government relations within the gaming sector.
• Autonomous & Data-Driven: Demonstrated ability to work independently as a proactive individual contributor, using data and experimentation to solve problems.
• Education: Higher education or university degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
