Assurant, Inc. in Buenos Aires is seeking a People Partner to provide proactive HR coaching and counseling to managers and employees across the business unit.
You will collaborate with the People Business Partner to identify talent needs, support staffing, and drive engagement initiatives while leveraging data from Workday and analytics tools. The role emphasizes adherence to employment laws, fair policy interpretation, and partnering with Legal and HR to resolve issues, including investigations
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area with 1 year HR experience or 4+ years in HR.
- Experience coaching and advising employees at all levels on performance and development.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, EEO).
- Ability to analyze data from HR systems to drive decisions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building with managers and teams.
Responsabilidades
- Provide proactive coaching and HR advice to managers and staff.
- Assist in hiring and staffing, including interviewing and job descriptions.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and action planning.
- Advise on policy interpretation and use judgement to guide managers.
- Support terminations and reduction-in-force processes and related communications.
