Assurant is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment across defined roles, partnering with leaders to translate hiring needs into effective attraction and selection strategies. The role emphasizes transparent, human-centered candidate experiences and data-driven decision making.

You will manage workload, support sourcing during peak periods, and act as an ambassador for Assurant’s employer brand, ensuring compliance and high‑quality hiring outcomes.

Formación

• Strong consultative and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Experience advising on offer strategy and negotiating within guidelines.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools and a compliance‑focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from job posting and sourcing through selection and offer delivery.
• Partner with hiring managers through structured intake and ongoing consultation.
• Manage recruiting funnels and pipelines to deliver timely, qualified candidate slates.
• Guide hiring managers and interview teams on selection best practices.
• Negotiate offers within established guidelines and coordinate required approvals.
• Deliver a consistent, transparent, and human‑centered candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate, compliant data and strong requisition hygiene in recruiting systems.
• Support team‑wide hiring needs through sourcing and pipeline assistance as needed.
