Assurant Services Argentina, S.A. is seeking a Finance Transformation Analyst to support LATAM Oracle finance system migrations, validate and map data, and work with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Reporting, and IT teams across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.

You will participate in testing, issue resolution, and process improvement activities, and analyze how changes affect financial close and reporting. Fluency in English is required; ERP experience is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Financial Systems, or Finance Transformation.
• Experience supporting month-end, quarter-end, or year-end close; reconciliations; journals; financial reporting; and audit support.
• Experience with ERP implementations or system migrations and cross-country projects.

What You'll Do

Support Oracle finance system migrations across LATAM. Validate, reconcile, cleanse, and map financial data. Partner with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Reporting, and IT teams. Participate in testing, issue resolution, and process improvement initiatives. Analyze how system changes impact financial reporting and close activities. Collaborate with stakeholders across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Financial Systems, or Finance Transformation.
• Hands-on experience supporting:
  • Month-end, quarter-end, or year-end close
  • Account reconciliations
  • Journal entries
  • Financial reporting
  • Audit support
• Experience with ERP implementations, system migrations, or process transformation projects.
• Ability to work with both Finance and Technology teams.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Nice to have Oracle, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP Finance, or similar ERP experience.
• Power BI, SQL, Python, or data analytics tools.
• Insurance industry experience.
• Multi-country or regional project exposure.
