Accenture is seeking a People Analytics Advisor to join the BI&A – Business Insights & Analytics team (HR focus) and provide leaders with strategic analytics to enable data-led decisions for people. You will collect and interpret data across learning, skills, talent, workforce and engagement; develop AI-powered insights, and design automated reporting to drive HR strategies and business outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, statistics, or data science.
• 3+ years of experience in people analytics or related field.
• Strong business storytelling and data visualization skills.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders in analytics-focused environment.
• Hands-on experience with AI or machine learning tools in workforce analytics.
• Familiarity with responsible AI principles and communicating AI-driven insights clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Advise senior stakeholders on complex analytic needs and challenges in talent/HR.
• Provide strategic decision support to Business and HR Leads using AI-generated insights.
• Design and deliver analytic solutions—including AI-powered models and automated reporting.
• Explore and implement responsible AI applications in people analytics.
• Combine data from multiple HR sources to identify trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Turn findings into concise executive insights and recommendations.
• Influence products and services roadmap based on customer feedback and emerging AI capabilities.
• Communicate priorities to team to drive the vision and roadmap of our products.
• Advocate data-driven culture with AI fluency and data literacy.
