EY Global Delivery Services is seeking an experienced HR Business Analyst to drive analytics, reporting, and automation initiatives using Power Platform tools across Talent initiatives. You will partner with Talent leaders, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and deliver executive-ready insights.

The role requires strong business acumen, project management, and leadership across global teams, with a focus on improving efficiency, data quality, and stakeholder adoption of new tools

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Analytics, Data Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field required.
• Diploma in Data Analytics or Talent Analytics is an added advantage.
• Experience leading projects from discovery through implementation and adoption is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with United States senior talent leadership and other stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, priorities, and opportunities to create measurable value.
• Lead discovery sessions, process reviews, and stakeholder discussions to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and reporting enhancements.
• Translate complex business needs into clear requirements, process documentation, user stories, solution designs, roadmaps, and project plans.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across Talent reporting & analytics teams to deliver insights.
• Independently lead and manage multiple complex projects and workstreams with timely delivery and quality standards.
• Analyze and interpret Talent and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Create executive-ready dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights for decision-making.
• Support design, development, testing, deployment, and adoption of automation and technology solutions using Power Platform and AI-enabled tools.
• Generate innovative ideas to improve efficiency, user experience, reporting capabilities, service delivery, and stakeholder adoption.
• Develop and maintain process docs, training materials, adoption plans, governance standards, and communication resources for new tools and processes.
• Lead recurring and ad hoc analytical requests to enable evidence-based Talent decisions and workforce planning.
