ExxonMobil seeks a Sr. Talent Insights Advisor to transform HR and business data into actionable workforce insights that support strategic decisions and enhance organizational performance.

Using SuccessFactors, Snowflake, and BI tools, you will drive scalable analytics, develop repeatable methodologies, and partner with HR and business leaders to embed data-driven decisions across the organization.

Formación

• 5+ years in advanced analytics, data science, or related field.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI and either Python or SQL.
• Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and/or machine learning.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
• Identify drivers and root causes of key workforce outcomes.
• Analyze workforce trends across HR data sources (e.g., attrition, hiring, mobility, engagement).
• Integrate survey data (e.g., Qualtrics) with operational HR data to uncover deeper insights.
• Build reusable analytical tools that reduce ad hoc analyses.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to operationalize models and outputs.
• Present findings to HR and business leaders and drive data-informed decisions.
