Accenture is seeking an Analytics and Modeling Manager to deliver analytics and drive BI&A offerings for Markets and Services. You will lead a team, combine product understanding with business acumen, and stay at the forefront of analytics tools to provide strategic insights.

You will engage with leadership, manage delivery risks, and foster continuous improvement while aligning with business goals and technology trends within Accenture Operations.

Formación

• Any graduate degree required, full time MBA from tier I or II preferred.
• 12–15 years of post-education experience.
• Significant experience in business operations, data analytics, program management, people management.
• Good knowledge of analytics and data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic leadership and direction for analytics and BI&A initiatives.
• Team and work management including onboarding, performance and retention.
• Innovation and adoption of latest analytics tools and visualization methods.
• Stakeholder engagement with finance and central teams to drive change.
