Job summary

Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting for the Argentina entity. The role handles reconciliations, vendor payments, cash flow prep, audit support, and coordination with external firms to ensure timely, compliant reporting.

This position offers a flexible schedule and a home-based setup, with responsibilities spanning month-end closings, tax tracking, and liaising with external auditors. Strong English and accounting systems experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration.
• At least 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• English level: intermediate to advanced.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional demeanor and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure ledger consistency.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations per policies.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closings.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and schedule related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and assist the annual audit.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May perform tasks within the team for other foreign entities.
