Job summary

Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting for the Argentina entity. You will handle bank reconciliations, postings, vendor payments, and assist with month-end and year-end closings while coordinating with external firms to ensure compliant reporting.

The role requires at least 3 years of accounting experience, a bachelor’s in accounting or business administration, and strong English proficiency. Flexible schedule and a home-based position are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration.
• English level: intermediate to advanced.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and schedule related payments.
• Prepare information for external auditors.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures and controls.
• May perform tasks for other foreign entities.
