Job summary

Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk in Argentina to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the local entity. You will perform bank reconciliations, review entries, manage vendor payments, assist with month-end closes, and coordinate with external firms to ensure accurate reporting. Fluency in English and strong attention to detail are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations in accordance with internal policies.
• Monitor and manage tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and support scheduling of related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and assist with the annual audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May also perform tasks within the team involving other foreign entities.
